  5. Hand overSet up the Allure app and walk you through your controls.
What the warranty covers

Eligible Allure soffit-lighting components include 10-year parts protection. Qualifying installation labour is protected for two years under the final agreement.

Eligible products, coverage periods, exclusions, service areas and labour terms are governed by that agreement.

A local team to call

Support continues year-round, including peak seasons. Service requests are addressed within five business days; this is not a promise of resolution within that time.

Scheduling and resolution may vary with severe weather, safe property access, remote service areas, specialty-parts availability or circumstances outside reasonable control.
